Girder Trolleys
There are many types of girder trolley available, but they typically fall into two categories – push and geared. Standard stock items range from 500kg to 5000kg all being adjustable to suit the flange width of runway tracks and beams designed to compatible capacities.
500kg Push Type - Flange Width 3” – 5.5”1000kg Push Type - Flange Width 3.25” – 5.5”
2000kg Push Type - Flange Width 4” – 6”
3000kg Push Type - Flange Width 4” – 6”
5000kg Push Type - Flange Width 5” – 6 7/8”
Usually designed for hook suspension, they are also available with permanent hoist attachment according to the manufacturer’s specification. The chain operated geared version can be fitted with hand chain to facilitate any height.
Electric motorised trolleys are available with cable festoon systems and safety switches. Direction is controlled from a multi-purpose low voltage, pendant control.
